Hello. Welcome to the Bildebergs of Club Penguin. This is a group of 20 or less people. No more. This group is for people over the Owner Ranks in Major Armies on the Top 10 armies list. There is a password on the chat page, and chat is a members only. This is to keep maybe peace throughout the Major Armies; from getting into wars that are to big for them to take on, and to just help other armies. This is not an alliance. If you are a major army leader, then this is the place for you.
