Constitution:

The NCPA is divided into 3 separate parts. The first part is the government. NCPA has a United Servers, type government. This government, is made upon it’s own. The nation, that has the United Servers as it’s form of government, chooses what type of government it is (A government made by their own). In NCPA the United Servers government is made up of Parliament, The Senate, Congress, and Executive. Parliament is made up of 13 penguins. These penguins are voted into Parliament, by the citizens of that live in the same state or province. 6 penguins from each state or province, and 1 from another army. This way the votes are fair. Next, the Senate is made up of only 10 penguins. 5 from each state or province. They represent the states or provinces. Lastly, is the congress. The congress is made up of 4 penguins. Those 4 are chosen by the president. The people have a right to say, in some cases.

Economy:

The number of views we get each day, is like the economy. If we don’t get up to 100 views a day (thats our average views a day), then that means we aren’t doing so great, but if the next day, the views go back up and stay back up past 100 then were doing good!
